Q) Can I pick up my order at your store?

A) Orders can be called in and picked up at our retail location in Woodland, California. Orders can also be placed at the store counter during business hours.

Directions from I-5 North: Take Exit 538 for CA-113 N toward Yuba City. Turn left at N. East St., then turn left at Commerce Avenue. Turn right into our driveway, and we are located in the building at the end of the parking lot.

Directions from I-5 South: Take the CA-113 exit toward Yuba City. Turn Left at CA-113 North East St. Turn Left at Commerce Avenue. Turn right into our driveway, and we are located in the building at the end of the parking lot.

Q) When will my order ship?

A) We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Orders received late in the day may not ship until the next business day, and slight delays may occur during holidays and high volume sale periods.

Q) What are your shipping rates?

A) Items shipped in the contiguous United States ship by ground at a flat rate unless otherwise noted. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship by air. Items that do not qualify for flat rate ground shipping are instead calculated by size, weight, and location. Additional shipping information can be found here. Please contact us with any questions.

Q) Can large orders be shipped by truck?

A) Truck shipment is available for large orders, and these shipments will be quoted at current rates. Please be prepared for delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item (s). Customers who request additional services are responsible for any additional cost or surcharge.

Q) What if I find an error in the catalog or on the Bailey's website?

A) We make every effort to represent products with the highest integrity and to ensure our photos, drawings, copy, specifications, and pricing are accurate. Sometimes errors do occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you do find an error, please let us know so that we can correct it.

Q) What is your return policy?

A) Bailey’s will accept your return of new, unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. View our Return Policy for complete details and exceptions.

Q) What happens if an item is on backorder?

A) Items that are not in stock will be processed and shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Your credit card will not be charged until your items are shipped.

Q) What is the warranty on the products that you sell?

A) If a product is determined to be defective according to the manufacturer, Bailey’s will honor the warranty under manufacturer guidelines. Returns involving manufacturer warranties require additional processing time and are subject to manufacturer process and approval.

Q) How do you handle Canadian orders?

A) Canadian orders ship by Canada Post, and are billed in U.S. dollars. All orders shipping to Canada will be charged 5% G.S.T. and a 3% customs handling fee in addition to standard shipping charges.

Q) How do you handle International orders (excluding Canada)?

A) International orders have a minimum order amount of $100 and a minimum shipping fee of $90. First-time orders must be paid with a wire transfer.

Q) Do you offer open accounts?

A) Bailey’s offers open accounts to high volume customers on approved credit after 6 months of continuous purchases.
