The 12-strand synthetic rope cover is braided over 3/16" steel cable and held securely in place with a press fitting. A Swivel snaps is attached to a steel thimble at one end. The cover with Maxi-Jacket coating is a proven performer with high wear resistance and consistent, comfortable hand grip characteristics. Match one up with a hip prusik or mechanical rope grab, and you have a great adjustable lanyard system.
