Teufelberger Ocean Polyester is a popular friction hitch cord for professional arborists. Ocean Polyester is constructed of a polyester/Aramid cover, with a polyster core. The polyester/Aramid cover is highly abrasive and heat resistant, while the polyester core gives it good strength characteristics. 10mm Ocean Polyester works best with 1/2" (12.7-14mm) climbing rope.
