Made exclusively for Bailey’s in a distinctive pink finish, this limited-edition CZ223 combines professional sharpening performance with an opportunity to support breast cancer awareness.
The CZ223 is designed specifically for sharpening square chisel chainsaw chain. Precision CNC-machined components, linear rods and replaceable bearings provide smooth movement and accurate, repeatable grinds on both left- and right-hand cutters.
The grinder uses a standard 8" x 1" x 3/16" grinding wheel shaped with two diamond dressers. Each dresser includes a guide for recording wheel-shaping angles and making quick adjustments for different cutting conditions. A hand-actuated clamp and adjustable pawl hold the chain tooth securely, while adjustable stops on each axis help maintain consistent sharpening.
Powered by 120V AC, the CZ223 features a 1/2 HP reversible DC motor with adjustable speed control. Operators can reduce wheel RPM to help prevent burning cutters or increase speed to compensate for grinding stone wear. Rakers can also be ground without removing the chain from the grinder.
Each CZ223 includes a white 8" x 1" x 3/16" grinding stone, wrench, owner’s manual, vacuum port adapter and collapsible steel stand.
