Made exclusively for Bailey’s in a distinctive pink finish, this limited-edition CS118 delivers the same professional performance and heavy-duty construction as the standard T&S grinder while supporting breast cancer awareness.

The T&S CS118 Chain Grinder is designed to professionally sharpen 3/8" and .404" pitch saw chain. Its large 8" diameter grinding wheel allows for cooler grinding compared with standard chain grinders using 5-3/4" wheels. Cooler grinding helps reduce burned cutters while producing a smooth, professional finish.

The grinder body is constructed from cast aluminum, while many working components, including the chain vise, are made from machined steel. The chain base is easily adjustable to compensate for grinding wheel wear and can be quickly changed for other chain pitches.

A powerful 1/2 HP variable-speed DC motor allows the operator to adjust grinding wheel speed as the wheel wears. The CS118 operates on standard 120V AC electricity.

The CS118 comes complete with a grinding light, interchangeable 3/8"–.404" chain base, corundum dressing brick, grinding wheel and steel stand.
