Professional chainsaw bar from Sugihara. Sugihara lightweight chainsaw bars are popular with professionals cutters who want a long lasting bar with lightweight characteristics. Bars are made machined from a single piece of premium Japanese steel, then hollowed out in sections and filled with a lightweight plastic material. Sugihara lightweight chainsaws bars are commonly 30% lighter than their solid steel counterparts. The reduced weight improves the chain saw balance. The replaceable sprocket nose tip is securely fastened by three rivets. Rails on the bar and nose are induction hardened to RC60 for incredibly long life. Angled oil delivery hole increases flow rate and reduces clogging of lubricants.
