Oregon 8" Grinding Stone (Red 36 Grit)

Replacement grinding wheel from Oregon. These grinding wheels are designed for the Oregon mower blade sharpeners, but will work on many other grinders. Oregon replacement grinding wheels are available in two different styles, red and blue. Red wheels are made from a 36 grit aluminum oxide material. Red wheels will hold their shape (last longer) as compared to blue wheels, but they remove material slowly (slow grind). Blue wheels are made of 30 grit aluminum oxide material. They will wear quickly (short life) as compared to red wheels, but they remove material quickly (fast grind).
