The angle of the Gator teeth redirects the air flow to keep the clipping directly in front of the cutting edge. The longer the clippings remain in front of the cutting edge, the finer the size of the clipping. The result is less bagging, less raking and quicker decomposition. All Gator G3 blades are thru-hardened to a Rockwell C-scale hardness of 50 for optimum safety and durability, then individually straightened for a precision cut.
