Marvin pruners have set the standard for pole pruners since 1943. The PH-5 is known as a "Bull" pruner, sporting a razor sharp blade that cut limbs up to 1-3/4" in diameter with ease. The PH-5 bull pruner has a larger capacity than standard pruners, therefor it requires a little more strength to pull, unless you use double pulleys. The PH-5 pruner head has a round casting for easy mounting to fiberglass or octagonal wood poles. The cutting blade is made of high-grade steel to permit several resharpenings. Add a quick change adapter with extra swivel and you can cut through tough limbs with ease. Made in the U.S.A.
