The Big Dan made by ISC Wales is ideal for arborists or emergency rescue teams. Big Dan has a forged steel body which still provides a 50kN minimum breaking load. Forged in the same shape as the ISC's Mongoose as it offers the root radius of 1/2" to allow for even the biggest rigging ropes to slide through it easily. It also offers the unique ISC "blind" nose so that it does not snag on rope or webbing. The profile of the body has been designed so that it will still fit through the holds of the standard ISC rigging plates.
