This Husqvarna OEM tachometer, which is "pocket size" (40 x 60 x 15 mm) can be used in different ways. Start the chain saw and hold the tachometer with the arrow towards the spark plug read, (Measure from a distance of 1-10 cm). Measurements can also be made by using an antenna read, which can be connected against the spark plug read. The tachometer starts automatically and the rpm can be read with an accuracy of within 100 rpm. One minute after completed measurement, the tachometer is switched off automatically.
