Separately, the Edging Mill (not included) converts logs into timbers or smooth lumber of any desired dimension. When fastened to a 2 x 6 or 2 x 8 plank (not included) your guide is complete. This guide rail fastens to the log with two or three spikes to complete your guide system. After the log is squared, rip fence may be adjusted to cut lumber to any desired dimension.
