Don't leave your ground crew standing around waving their arms when traffic needs to be stopped or redirected. This Slow/Stop paddle sign complies with MUTCD standards. It has a 12" plastic handle. The sign itself is only for day use as it is non-reflective. See Item # P52A for a 5' extension to meet a 6' requirement.
