It has a solid core fiberglass handle and thick molded poly jacket for maximum strength. The closed-back design prorects handle from mud and dirt build-up. The baked finish protects against rust and double rivits give greater strength. The pre-sharpened blade edge penetrates ground easily and slices through small roots.
