Once the jaws are clamped down it will not slip off or around brush. This one can handle small tree stumps and brush up to 4" in diameter. Great for the environment as it leaves no roots to chemically treat. The ideal tool for removing buckthorn and prickly ash. There are 16 gripping teeth inside the strong jaws. Made with heavy duty 3/4" steel and 3/4" pins. Grip pads rotate 360 degrees for the best fit.
