These sharpeners use ANAB's exclusive water cooled system when grinding, which means the chain cutter retains its sharpness for up to 50% longer while cutting as compared to traditional dry grinding. ANAB grinders sharpen the saw chain cutter and raker simultaneously with a CNB grinding wheel, so the wheel doesn't need to be replaced or reshaped as often as a standard aluminum oxide wheel.
