Q.	What is the shelf-life of the Poison Oak Soap product? Do the active ingredients deteriorate over time, and to what extent? Kindly advise. Thanks.
A.	The shelf life would be determined by the conditions in which it was stored: room temperature in a dry environment will give the longest life. Our experience is this product will be effective for years in the right conditions. There is no shelf life on the package.

Works even better than advertised!

I have battled poison ivy/sumac/oak since I was a kid, been to the hospital numerous times because of it. I maintain several acres of land and I am always in contact with the stuff. I first tried it 2 or 3 years ago when I saw it in the catalog and have not had poison ivy since. I no longer worry about trying to stay away from it, I work as long as I want, leave my clothes on the porch and take a shower with this soap before touching ANYTHING. I have tried all the soap/cleaners/protectors on the market and never found one that works like this. What I've learned: Buy more than 1 bar, or else regret it next spring when you can't find it. Don't give your last bar to your buddy that helped you cut firewood unless you (1)have located your own bar AND (2)order more that same day. HIDE a bar anywhere you are likely to come in contact where you can take a shower. Keep a bar in your chain saw tool box- It's no fun knowing you've got it all over you and your soap is at home.
