The box it comes in is 7.5"x5"x15.5". We do place them in another box for shipping.

My daughter is the one in the photo. She got it a year ago when she was 3. Her and her friends (boys and girls ages 2-6) have been beating it up for over a year now and it's still going strong. Hope this first-hand testimonial helps.

Bought this for my 2 1/2 year old last year for Christmas because his dad is a logger and that is all he wanted was a chainsaw like his dad's. He LOVES it, and plays with it all the time. When his friends come over we have to put it up because they all fight over it. Only down side is that the speaker, for some reason, quit working so no more chainsaw sound...probably will be buying another one for Christmas this year.

Her and her friends (boys and girls ages 2-6) have been beating it up for over a year now and it's still going strong. At a time when kids are overwhelmed with toys and most (toys) enjoy a limited amount of use, this one gets used regularly even after having it for a year. The hat lacks a strap or something to secure it to the child's head and we'll look at improving that on our next run, but that won't be until the 2009 Christmas season.
