Scepter Oil / Gas Container

The ol' dolmar dual container that kept many a lumberjack happy can be yours. The fuel nozzle is easy to operate and there's a standard nozzle for the oil. Unlike other gas/oil containers, the spouts fit inside the can openings until needed. Holds about 1-1/2 gallons of gas and a 1/2 gallon of bar oil.

Not to bad once you get used to it

I bought this because you could hold gas and oil in once container. It works pretty good once you get used to it and figure out its little issues it has. Gas side: when you pull back on the nozzle part to let the gas flow there is a 'small burst' of gas spray, so you have to be careful where you are pointing it when you open it up as you could spray someone or something you didn't want to. As for pouring, I like it, works better and easier than my other one, plus when you let go of the fuel nozzle part that you pull back the gas flow stops almost immediately, which creates no overrun or spills. Oil Side: Again the nozzle is an issue, it has two yellow pieces to it and the smaller one can be collapsed into the larger one, but that is where the problem lies. The smaller tube can AND will slip all the way into the oil container since there is nothing to stop it from being collapsed to far. Mine is still in the bottom of the oil container (as of this writing) and I will have to fish it out when the oil level gets low enough or drain the oil to get it out. As like the gas side I like the way it pours, it doesn't have an shut off like the gas side but you are pouring slow enough it doesn't matter and I haven't had any overflow using it. I really thought it would be a touch easier to use as the gas valve nozzle doesn't open all that easily maybe that's a safety thing, but then the spray it shoots out should be to and the collapsible oil nozzle should of had some type of stop..... ....but pouring is easier and that I really like in the tight spaces.
