Berne Denim Logger Doubles Pants

Made from 14-3/4 oz. 100 percent cotton denim, these hardy logger style pants offer triple-stitched side seams and a hammer loop. With a total of 8 pockets, they feature an inner 8" deep tool pocket and a smaller 5" deep utility pocket. You'll also get an enlarged double knee for extended wear, brass rivets at all stress points, brass zipper fly and bachelor buttons (already attached) for suspenders. They keep the bottom of these doubles open too, just in case you want to slip some extra padding in there.

Q.	Any idea how much these will shrink when washed? I typically wear a size 33x36 but in these jeans that size is huge!
A.	The shrinkage averages 3-5% according to the manufacturer.

Q.	How does the sizing on these compare to Wild-ass doubles? I wear 34-30 in those will these be the same?

Q.	It appears in the photos that the bachelor buttons are in different locations than on the WildAss pants.

Q.	Do the unwashed Berne pants have the opening at the bottom of the double? I'd also like to know the total number of pockets, and whether or not the inner/long tool pocket runs all the way to the bottom of the smaller/outer utility pocket.
A.	Yes, the opening at the bottom are the same as the singles. The total number of pockets is eight. The Inner Tool pocket (8" deep) does run to the bottom of the smaller Utility Pocket (approximately 5" deep).

Q.	The Wild Ass doubles pants have an opening in the bottom seam of the "double" pad (the denim that's sewed on to turn a single into a double). Do the unwashed Berne Denim Logger Doubles Pants have this same opening in the bottom seam of the double pad?
A.	Yes, the Berne also has the opening at the bottom of the second layer.

Berne Unwashed Double Logger Jeans

The jeans are very comfortable and similar in construction to the Wild Ass jeans. However, the unwashed version left a lot of blue dye residue in the dryer which the wife was not too happy about. I'd recommend you buy the washed version of the jeans.
