I am currently running a 3/8 050 chain and bar on my 346XP grey cover and want to go to a 325 chain. Would I have to change sprockets or are they all the same for pitch and gauge? What gauge is preferable for this saw with a 325, 050 or 058? Thanks

If your sprocket is the Rim & Drum style you would need the RSS 3257 rim for the 325 chain, and a 325 tip on your bar. The rims are not gauge specific. The .050 gauge has more styles available and usually is more economical, so it is the preferred size for 325 pitch on Husky saws.

It should work fine. Just to verify the inside diameter of your current spline first. It should be 3/4".

Yes, this is the correct rim. We try to include the replacement rim specs in the rim and drum of the same. This rim is .325 verify your pitch of your current bar and chain set up before ordering.

Yes, this will suit your Husqvarna 55 if you are currently wanting to use .325 pitch chainsaw chain. Some 55s came stock with 3/8 pitch. If you want to run 3/8 see ORF 18720.

I am wanting to change the 3/8 chain 1.5 mm gauge bar on my Husqvarna 359 E-tech to 0325 chain on a 1.3 mm bar. Apart from the new bar & chain, is this the only other part I will have to change on the saw? Thanks in advance!

Just this spline change should work for you. If you have a spur system, then, you'll have to look at the ORF 108215X and follow the directions for switching over your 359.

Yes, this would be the correct rim so your Stihl MS360 will run .325 pitch chain. Of course you know you'll need a .325 pitch bar too. You can use our handy dandy bar finder to find the length that you are interested in.
