| Q. |
Will this spout fit a 5 gallon metal gas tank Model #505 made by Eagle.
|
| A. |
We don't find a reference for that model in Eagles current literature; however, all their current cans take this same spout.

| Q. |
You do not give the size of the size of the cap where it screws onto the gas can. I need a new gas can spout for my Eagle M-5 Gas can and cannot seem to find anything to fit it. The original hose finally tore, but the gas can is in A-1 shape. Any help would be appreciated. The Eagle M-5 gas can takes a 1 1/2" screw on cap with spout.
|
| A. |
The ID of this cap is 24mm, or just a hair under 1". It is unlikely you will find any brand that uses the same OSHA/CARB spout as the non-CARB spout.
