12" Carving Kit for Stihl 017, 018, 019T, MS 170/171/180/181/190/191

Convert your standard woodcutting chainsaw over to a detailed carving chainsaw. If you want to do detailed carvings like the pros, you will need to run the tiny 1/4" pitch carving chain (10SC) on a dime tip carving bar. Our carving kits supply you with a 1/4" drive sprocket system, drive sprocket bearing, 12" WoodlandPRO carving bar and 12" loop of WoodlandPRO 10SC professional carving chain. Each kit requires some basic bar and chain assembly and some kits come with a clutch removal tools to change your sprocket system.

Q.	will this bar and sprocket kit fit my stihl ms192t?
A.	No it won't. You'll have to pick up an OEM 1/4 sprocket - QS 1137 640 2002.

Q.	I noticed that the kits skip right over the most popular model of Stihl saw in this class, the MS200. Is there a way to outfit this model for carving?
A.	Here's the part number you need: QS 1129 007 1002. That is a 8 tooth spur spocket. It comes with the oiler gear too. You'll have to call customer service or use the quick order feature on the from of our site to obtain this product.
