Wesco 10" Brown Highliner Climbing Boots

The ultimate climbing boot! Wesco has been handcrafting boots for arborists and linemen since 1938. Available in 10" (shown here) or 16" tall. All necessary protective elements are thoughtfully included, like extra arch support, heavy-duty steel shanks, spur-shielding steel sideplates, as well as recessed heel and breastplates for gaff protection. Serious durability features include leather side flap, full leather iron half-slip (7/32" thick for additional arch support) and Vibram 430 soles. Quality construction includes rolled-leather top facing, solid brass studs and eyelets, full-leather gusset, full-leather counter pocket, heavy stitching, OrthoLite Drilex comfort foam slip-in inserts, full-leather vamp and sweat-resistant full-leather insole. You also get premium support from the non-corrosive, ribbed, slightly arched steel shank and leather heel base.

Q.	I was wondering if the highliner climbing boot is available with a lug sole. And what the price would be. Would it be available in Laytonville?
A.	Wesco Highliner soles are quite particular. If you are looking for a climbing boot with a lug sole check out the Hoffman line or our house brand the Red Dawgs. We don't keep stock in Laytonville, but if you allow a couple of weeks we have folks bringing things there off and on from our Woodland ware ...
