Q.	What is the size of the eye opening? Why do you say that it is not for personal safety? Thanks
A.	In the "Additional Specs" we list the opening as 1-1/16". A carabiner for personal support requires a triple locking gate.

Q.	I was not asking about the gate opening, I was asking about the size of the captive eye space (under the keeper pin). thanks
A.	It is about 12.5mm from mid pin to the corner (smallest distance). The exposed pin is about 22mm. Hope that helps.
