Yes they are sold as a pair.

Straps are not included with the pads. We have both nylon and leather straps available for the pads.

Where you see the oval shape at the base of the pads is a 4" extra layer of leather that is hard to see in the photo. You insert the shank in that oval and a few inches up is is exposed so you can slip the strap through.
