It has built in slots to maintain your depth gauges (rakers) to .025" or .030" thousandths. It has guides so you can file your cutters at 35 degree angle. Q.	Will that tool fit a skip tooth chain?
A.	It should work on any chain that needs a .025" or .030" on the depth gauge.

Q.	Do you prefer this over the Oregon depth gauges? Seems you get more for the same $. Thanks
A.	Greetings - We have sold this same product for over a decade and for depth gauges it works as well as any on the market. The 35 degree sharpening angle is very aggressive. For line of sight sharpening then a 30 or 25 degree angle is more common on medium to large chainsaws.

ADD mistake-35 degree only

This product actually only comes in 35 degree filing angles (unfortunately). Good if that's your need, however I ordered it for the 30 degree angle and confirmed with the customer service persons after its arrival) that it is an error in the online system advertisement.
