Windsor 300mm Shredder Blade with 3/4" Arbor

Windsor shredder blade for your trimmer or brushcutter. These are meant to chop up weeds and brambles more than just cutting them off. Its the ideal tool when clean up has to happen in your work area. 12" in lengths gives you an ample swath to cut. This blade is 3mm thick.

Also available with 1" arbors in either 3mm thickness or 4mm for medium and large capacity machines.

The best metal blade I've ever used.

First off a Huge THANKS to Gregg for all his help to get me this blade! I was informed of this style of shredder blade and thought I'd give it a try. I had my doubts, because it doesn't look all that special. I've been using the tri-point metal blade for over twenty years never knowing that any other blade was better. The blade does an excellent job of chopping up small tree regrowth and heavy vines. Overgrown 5 foot plus tall Harding grass is easily reduced (not an easy feat!) Blackberry vines can be chopped into ~12" and smaller pieces, a task that takes much, much longer with the 3-point blades. The downside is that it has an attraction for rocks, so in my area working right to ground level is a little difficult without hitting rocks and stumps. Work with care, I hit a small partially rotten tree stump and a chunk was thrown at my shin, because the blade has a lot of momentum it hit fairly hard. Very little debris was thrown at my face, unlike when using heavy string. I'm very happy with the blade!
