The HDR is 2" wide has an od of 1.5" and id of 1". This carabiner has a big end less than 2" . The roller needs to be used on H.M.S carabiners not on "D" or modified "D" . But the C2S A stainless is a little bigger but we don't believe it will fit either. The Petzl M36BL William ball lock or M36TL
