If you do not need the support and protection of a work boot but still want calk traction, then Hoffman’s Hiker calk will fit your needs. This high traction all leather LaCrosse Hiker features a replaceable calk sole that combines outstanding traction with the comfort of a hiking boot. A perfect choice for the person who is on the go, whether it be a day hike or a job that requires the best sure foot traction available. An EVA cushioned mid-sole and cushion insole add to the comfort of this lightweight hiker while the water resistant liner helps keep you dry.Note: This hiker is not recommended and should not be worn while operating a chainsaw. Check with your local OSHA representative for other work related uses. Once a calk sole is added to these boots they are no longer considered waterproof for warranty purposes because of the metal spikes.
