good little saw

I have had my saw for 8 years and it is still running. A little service here and there, but we have alot of oak and walnut trees that require yearly trimming. Paige

Room for improvement

If everything is going well, the filter is clean, the weather is warm, and the ground is level, it outperforms Stihl's 200T, but when the going gets rough, the Husky falls behind. The air filter is it's Achilles' heel - It collects debris quickly sapping the power, and unless lucky enough not to work in the rain, when it gets wet outside you'll be reaching for your other saws when this one won't stay running. It's harder to start in the cold, and the choke isn't as easy as on the Stihl. Finally, the narrower bottom makes it tougher to balance, and rounder profile lets it roll easily downhill, which is a bad combination. Overall not my first choice.
