Caber F-Cast Piston Rings (50mm x 1.2mm)

Caber F-Cast piston rings are designed for today's high performance two cycle engines. F-Cast piston rings are made with carbidic cast iron, and wear much better than standard cast rings. Caber piston rings come two to a set, even though some saws only use one. We recommend using a piston ring clamp set when changing piston rings.

Q.	I would like to know the benifits of installing the Caber F-Cast rings over the standerd ductile cast rings that come with the cylinder kits, and how well they seat up to the NiSi coating in the cylinder too? Thx
A.	They are performing well. The flexible rings we believe may have led to some failures such as getting hooked in a port but have not experienced any problem with the new ones yet and it may be too early to say about life, but they seem to be working well.
