Carlton 16" Hobby Champ Tiger Chainsaw Bar & Chain Combo

Steal of a deal on a bar and chain combo for your small chainsaw. Carlton Hobby Champ Tiger bars are the perfect bar for small chainsaw operators who want performance and value. These bars are made with heat treated alloy steel components for long life. Rails are induction hardened and stress relieved for integral strength. This bar has the Tiger logo instead of the Carlton logo. The chain loop is our fast cutting WoodlandPRO 30LP chain with 56 drive links, which will make your saw cut like a pro. 30LP chain is 3/8" pitch, .050 gauge, low profile. 30LP will fit saws using Oregon 91 series chains. Sharpens with a 5/32" round file or 1/8" grinding wheel.

A.	No, though the mount and use are similar see AMP 16 EJ50 for a better line up for the oiler. You can use our handy dandy Bar Finder for more listings. The Bar Finder is located on the upper right of our home page.

Q.	My Poulan 2900 Farmhand. came with an 18" bar with .325 pitch chain. I read that bar will fit a Poulan 2900 but the chain pitch is different. Can I use it without changing the clutch sprocket
A.	It looks like that Poulan 2900 Farmhand could come either way. You would have to change your sprocket to run this 3/8 pitch combo. Otherwise, we have a good combo that will suit your saw as it sits now. #ORF 105715.

This bar and chain is a fantastic value. I've now bought 3 sets of this bar and chain combo on 3 separate occasions, for a total of 9 bar and chain combos. I've put them on Redmax GZ400 & GZ4000, Ryobi 10532 and Echo CS310 saws. They fit a wide variety of small saws and really cut well. Each time I order 3 more sets I can't believe they are still selling them for $12.99 for the bar and chain. GREAT DEAL!

I bought 3 of these combos last week. I used one of them today and I was very impressed. The bar itself is top notch and better than the original bar my saw came with. The chain is getting oil like it should, probably better than the 18" bar I have now. The chain is the best I have used so far. I have the same chain for the 18" bar and it cuts through everything I can throw at it. All in all a great combo for the price.
