A.	Yes, they have double knees and two buttons on each side just above the pockets.

Q.	do you know if these overalls will be comfortable to wear without regular pants underneath?
A.	Depending how sensitive your skin is. They are like a jean material. I wear similar overalls without extras on too.

Q.	What is the recommended upsizing on these bibs in order to wear over jeans and sweatshirt? Thanks.
A.	I'd go at least 2 waist sizes larger and a couple of inches longer so they won't bind in the crotch area. The top straps can be adjusted to allow for the bulk of your sweat shirt. Also depends how close fitting your jeans are too.
