Kong Duck Emergency Belay Device
Conceived for single 5/16" (8mm) to 1/2" (13mm) ropes. This device is not meant for continual every day use. It's primary purpose is to be used as a compact, accessible, easily deployed belay device. The Duck is the first and only belay device that works on flat webbing and tubular slings from 3/8" to 9/16" (even if they are not certified for progression). Due to the small dimensions, it can be easily inserted even with one hand. The large hole allows for rotation of the sleeve connectors. The Duck can be used as an emergency belay device during retrievals, self belay, progression maneuvers and for regulating daisy chains. Carabiner and rope not includedCE EN 567:97 Certified
