Besides being safer in stormy days, the insulating Micro-Fleece liner is waterproof, windproof and breathable too. The outer shell is durable with extensive reinforcement with internal knuckle protection as well. These Youngstown gloves have extended flex mesh cuff with Velcro closure. The palms are breathable through the synthetic leather. There is durable reinforced stretch nylon in between finger joints. These are tough all the way around.
