If you're spending time battling stripped allen bolts, broken and bent teeth, as well as changing teeth too often, take a look at this solution. The Greenteeth design is superior because they can also be rotated twice to expose a total of 3 fresh cutting surfaces, allowing even more cutting life from each tooth. Greenteeth are designed to fit on all cutting wheels that use standard or heavy-duty teeth and pockets. No gauging required! All you need to do is purchase a set of pockets and bolts and you're ready to go. Because soil conditions vary, we offer our carbide tips in two different styles, Deep Dish - red and Standard - green (shown here). The Red carbide tip has a deep dish, cuts fast, and works well in cleaner soils. The Green carbide tip, though still fast cutting has a shallow dish and is designed for tougher and more unpredictable soil conditions.

Important note: Greenteeth systems must match their pocket systems. In other words, a 700 series LoPro Insert only fits a 700 series LoPro pocket.

Common Questions"What should I torque my teeth to that require a nut to hold it to the pocket?"Insert the tooth, carbide facing down, through the bore of the pocket. The shoulder on the tooth should seat on the detent in the pocket. Install the nut and torque to the Series specifications below.
