Benchmark Flame Resistant Hooded Sweatshirt

The same soft 10 oz. fleece fabric you would expect in your favorite sweatshirt now available in flame resistant material. This machine washable hooded sweatshirt has large arm openings and a 3 piece lined hood. With the generous fit it is ideal for laying with other flame resistant clothing. In order to protect against flash fire or arc flash, the wearer's outermost layer must be flame resistant. Flame resistant garments only protect the areas covered; they must be worn fully closed in order to be effective. In addition, synthetic materials such as nylon or polyester should never be worn, even under flame resistant outer wear. When the weather is cool you can tuck your hands into the deep front fleece pockets. Zipper is dielectric. Rated for HRC 2 and ATPV = 16 cal/cm2.

Care
Machine wash warm (60° C or 140°F with like colors. Soft powder or liquid detergent only. Do not use starch or lye based soaps. Avoid softeners.
Do NOT USE Chlorine Bleach or hydrogen peroxide bleach.
Industrial and home laundering ok.
Tumble dry low and remove promptly.
Use low iron and DO NOT STEAM.
Dry clean safe.

For optimum performance wash your Benchmark FR garment at least once every six months, regardless of use.
