Dixie Industries skidding tongs are made in Tennessee from high quality forged alloy steel. Skidding tongs are a quick and easy way to skid logs. Simply place tongs on the end of the log or pole and hook to a chain. As you apply pressure, the tongs point will dig into the log for a secure grip. These skidding tongs have a swivel hook that attaches to 3/8" chain. Chain sold separately. WARNING: For skidding only. NOT to be used for overhead lifting.
