Motion Lotion is premium bar oil, made from 100 percent virgin blended stocks. Motion Lotion comes from the same factory as many of the big European saw manufacturer's blends. And unlike many of the cheap big box store brands, Motion Lotion includes a tackifier agent to keep your bar and chain well lubricated, even on longer bars. You can count on Motion Lotion to be 100 percent new and not used or "reclaimed". Comes in handy, easy carrying 1-gallon containers. Four 1 gallon bottles to the case.

Q.	Does the additional $5.95 shipping apply to each case ordered of bar oil. For example, what if I order 10-20 cases.
A.	Yes, that is a per case charge. That rate will beat truck freight up to about 10 cases. Anything over that, we'll quote the freight.

A.	We are looking at selling this oil, but we probably will not have until next winter.

Q.	Is this a winter grade bar oil for below 32 degrees?
A.	It is 30 weight oil. Below 32 it does fine until you start to reach 0 degrees.

Q.	Does this oil have a shelf life,how long before it starts to degrade?
A.	We have no known deterioration time for Motion Lotion. Many folks here have stored it for many years. One mechanic here bought a case 15 years ago and still uses it.

Q.	What is the difference between this and the Apex oil?
A.	APEX is more suited to year around for folks in the colder climates than the regular Motion Lotion brand.

Q.	Should this oil be drained during storage because all of my saws are leaking out?
A.	There is not problem to your saw by leaving the bar oil in it over a reasonable period of time. If leaking is a problem, sometimes blowing out the chips from inside the sprocket cover helps keep that oil from drawing out that way. If that still doesn't help, you are welcome to drain it for storage.

A.	Yes, we do ship cases of bar oil to Alaska, but it is very expensive case by case.

Motion Lotion has worked very well for me. I cut year round and this bar oil works in hot or cold temps. It stays tacky much better than most other bar oils. I bought 4 cases of it when they had free shipping a few years ago. When they offer that deal again, I will be buying more!

Every saw owner needs Motion Lotion

After using Motion Lotion just once, I will never go back to any other oil on my longer bars. I run a firewood business in Ohio, and have always had trouble keeping my longer bars (28"+) lubricated. Motion Lotion, with the added tacifier agent makes the oil stick on longer bars, allowing me to use less oil. I would highly suggest this oil for anyone using a longer bar, or even a shorter bar for that matter, if you are interested in protecting the life of your bar.
