Pine Tar Solvent (1 gallon)
Pine Tar Solvent has been specifically formulated to remove the hard sap buildup that accumulates on equipement when milling and machining pine lumber. This solvent blend has a low volatility and high flash point (140 degrees Fahrenheit), and will not evaporate quickly.Item # 17088

Directions: Wear proper safety equipment when handling solvent including Latex rubber gloves, eye protection and anything to keep liquid off of clothes and skin. Apply by brush, or soak small parts in a container. Allow approximately 10 minutes for fluid to soak the hardened tar. Scrape or wipe tar off. Reapply if tar layer is extremely thick. It should not be used to clean PVC, ABS, Polystyrene, Neoprene, Polyurethane paint, and some other composite materials.
Disposal: Use absorbent solid to remove any small spills, (kitty litter, sawdust). Dispose of as any grease or oily material in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
Storage: Store in a well ventilated area, away from heat, ignition and strong oxidizing agents. Water contamination should be avoided.
