These are made by the company that used to be Collins, which now is now in Mexico

From the base of the maul head it's 32 1/2" to the end of the handle.

It is a slip-on handle. The black guard on the end of the fiberglass handle holds the head in place. The head is slipped over the bottom of the handle and pressured to the end. The end of the handle sticks out of the top of the head.
