BlackMAX LT 12 Strand Climbing Rope (1/2")
BlackMAX LT is an extremely lightweight single braid 12-strand braided climbing line produced with "tite-braid"construction for arborist climbing. It maintains an excellent flexible cross-sectional firmness for working with sliding friction knots and prusik loops. It offers light weight due to the composite strand design with polyester fiber plied over firm lightweight olefin fiber. BlackMAX LT rides smoothly through blocks and hardware. The nubby construction has high abrasion resistance while at the same time offering excellent hand control. This all-synthetic rope resists rot and mildew and performs equally well in both wet and dry conditions. 120' hank of rope weighs 8.0 lbs (3.7kg).
