Q) When will my order ship?
A) We make every attempt to process and ship your order the same day it is received. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, however, orders received late in the day may not ship until the next business day. Slight delays may also occur during extremely busy and high volume sale periods. If you have ordered online and would like to determine the status of your order or find out exactly when it will ship, please call 1-800-322-4539. It is helpful if you can have your order number handy when calling. When ordering by phone, our sales staff will give an estimate on when you should receive your order. Our website also shows current stock status on all items as well as estimated arrival time in our warehouse for special order and backordered items. We usually ship by UPS, FedEx or USPS. We also ship by truck freight or by barge to certain areas. Alaska and Hawaii customers must ship by air freight and need to call for a shipping quote. If you have a “RUSH” order give us a call and we will explain the possibilities. Any special shipping instructions such as AIR SHIPMENTS or extra services will be quoted at current rates.
Q) What are your shipping rates?
A) Shipping Information: Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and your location. To get a shipping quote or place your order by phone just give us a call toll-free 1-800-322-4539 and we will gladly calculate and quote the shipping charges for your order for you. When ordering online, simply place the items you wish to order in the shopping cart and use our convenient Shipping Estimator to view the cost for a wide variety of shipping methods.
Q) Can large orders be shipped by truck?
A) Yes. Truck freight orders are quoted at current rates. Orders that contain both truck freight and regular items will also be quoted before the order is shipped. Please be prepared for “curbside” delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s). Customers who request any additional services are responsible for any additional cost or surcharge. A) Our corporate headquarters are located in the Northern California town of Laytonville. Products are shipped from our 100,000+ square foot warehouse facility located in Woodland, California.

At Bailey’s, we make every effort to represent products with the highest integrity and to ensure our photos, drawings, copy, specifications, and pricing are as accurate as possible. Sometimes errors and specification differences do occur in our catalogs or on our website and we apologize for any inconvenience. Bailey’s reserves the right to make corrections, changes, and deletions to any product or service at any time. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and make price changes at any time. If you wish to verify specifications and pricing, just give us a call.
Q) What is your return policy?
A) Bailey’s has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not completely satisfied with a product when it arrives, contact us for an RA# within 30 days for a refund or exchange! Please call 1-800-322-4539 or email an RA #. On some products manufacturer’s warranties apply. We suggest that you insure the return for your protection.
30-Day Period: Our 30-day period starts when the product is delivered. Returned items must be shipped (in transit) by the 30th calendar day after their arrival. Returns after this date will not be processed unless accompanied with a valid RA#. Return labels are issued only during this 30-day period.
Timeframe: We ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund or reshipment to process. If you need an immediate replacement we can bill via the original pay method and credit you upon receipt of the product.
Exchange Shipping: Bailey’s will waive surface shipping charges on exchanges (of like items in the lower 48 states).
Damaged Product: If goods arrived damaged please keep the box(es) and all packing materials. Damage claims must be filed within 2 weeks of delivery so please check your order for damage when it arrives. In most cases we will reship damaged products immediately.
Pre-Paid Labels: If we make a mistake on your order, or you have a warranty issue, email or give us a call at 1-800-322-4539 in the first 30 days and we will send a prepaid label. The Pre-paid label is available in the lower 48 states only. For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada we will refund ground shipping if the error was ours.
Q) What happens if an item is on backorder?
A) Out-of-stock items will be processed and shipped as soon as they arrive. Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped.
Q) What is the warranty on the products that you sell?
A) In addition to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and 30-day return policy, many products are covered by manufacturer warranties as well. Please call for details. After 30 days the customer is responsible for returning all warranties for inspection. We recommend you insure the package.
Q) What is your privacy policy?
A)) We have never and do not plan to make your name, address, phone number or email address available to another company, agency or institution. If you no longer want to receive a Bailey’s catalog please contact us and we will gladly honor your request.
Q) How do you handle Canadian orders?
A) Canadian orders are billed in U.S. Dollars. All Canadian customers will be charged 5% G.S.T. and 3% customs handling fee plus standard shipping charges.
Q) How do you handle International orders (excluding Canada)?

Q) Can I pick up my order at your store?
A) Yes. You can call ahead and pick up your order at our retail location in Woodland, California. You can also place your order at the store counter during store hours. Please click here for our retail store hours and directions.
Q) Do you offer open accounts?
A) Bailey's does not offer open accounts. However, we do accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Google Checkout and through the GSA Smartpay program.

A) Absolutely. Our PartFINDER offers illustrated parts lists for many popular outdoor power equipment manufacturers. In addition, Bailey’s can special order just about any OEM chainsaw or outdoor power equipment part and in many cases may already have the item you’re looking for. In addition, Bailey’s has a large selection of aftermarket chainsaw parts that can save you significant money over OEM parts.
