Jessie Groeschen, author of Art of Chainsaw Carving: An Insider's Look at 18 Artists Working Against the Grain, will be leading a demonstration of master carvers just north of the Bailey's Laytonville headquarters this Thursday, May 6, at the College of the Redwoods campus in Humboldt. Jessie is a long time friend of the Bailey's crew and we wish her all the best on this new endeavour. She'll be joined by master carvers Pat McVay and Zoe Boni. The carving demonstration will be followed by a lecture and book signing at the Accident Gallery in Eureka. Get details and read an article on the event at The Humboldt Beacon.
