If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Bailey’s will gladly accept your return of new, unopened, unused products within 30 days of your purchase with the limitations noted below. Please contact our Customer Service Team, 800-322-4539, or email us at email@example.com to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization) within 30-days. To speed up the process and help you out faster, all returns require an RA. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you insure your package, as Bailey’s is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit on returns. Pre-paid return labels are only offered in the event of a Bailey’s error, and can be obtained by contacting us via email or phone.
Items without an RA# on the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
All returns will be professionally tested and evaluated before refunds are given. If your return has been opened or is in a condition that makes it “unsellable as new” for Bailey’s we can’t offer refunds. No refund will be issued for used returns or items failing warranty review. These will all be returned to Sender.
For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
At Bailey’s, we are committed to bringing you the best products at the lowest prices with the highest level of customer service possible. Most of the products we carry are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. We will work diligently to help resolve any issues that may arise with your product. If your returned product is determined defective according to the manufacturer’s warranty, Bailey’s will work to honor the warranty according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
If your item arrives damaged, don't worry! Our Customer Service team is here to help you. In the event this happens please contact us with your order number and we'll assist you with exchanging your damaged item at no additional cost.
If you receive the wrong Item, call us at 800-322-4539 and we will make it right.
Please note: When an order is delivered, we always recommend that you inspect the package(s) for damage before you sign for or open the package(s). A package must be signed for or reported to shipping carrier as “damaged” to process a claim for replacement. In most cases the box(es) must be kept for inspection.
A few things to keep in mind when returning your purchase:
- Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, packaging, harnesses, etc).
- There are special requirements that must be met due to Dept of Transportation requirement when returning any motor that has been gassed or oiled. Please make sure you understand the requirements from Bailey’s Customer Service agent when getting your RA authorized.
- To help you quicker, all returns require an RA (return authorization) number. Returns without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
- Bailey’s is not responsible for lost items, damages that may occur or the loss of packaging during the return shipment.
