|Q.||I am not sure what 36kN means. I do need to know the weight capacity of this pulley, and or pull strength.|
|A.||kN stands for Kilonewton. You remember Newton the guy with the apple that came up with our concept of gravity and in this case weight and force. kN is more than just weight, but it has to do with shock weight like when you cut that limb and it free falls a bit against a mechanism such as this Rock Exotica pulley. In this case 36kN equals 8093 lbs. force|
